Our history begins at 2001, when swiss chef and owner Carlos Meyer sets in Alonso de Cordova Av., after more than a decade operating as Chalet Suisse at Puyehue and El Suizo at Santiago. His innovative vision was to develop the european concept of "Cuisine du Marché", which inmediately excelled by its refinement, not only in products, but in service, also. After years of achieving continuous prizes and specialized critics and press´ recognitions, Europeo became a modern classic which has inspired new generations. In 2012 our restaurant began a new fase, with chef Francisco Mandiola´s arrival, who achieved more awards and praise from press and critic. In 2015 awards kept on coming with chef Alvaro Romero Evans, former sous-chef and disciple of founder Carlos Meyer, who not only was awarded "Chef Revelación 2015" by the Chilean Gastronomic Critic´s Association, but also "Chile´s Best Restaurant" by Club de Amantes del Vino´s Guía 100. Today, with the return of our talented chef Francisco Mandiola, we aspire to continue to provide a world class experience to our clients and friends.

From the sea, the best trout -catch of the day-, king crab and scallops are among our best products to try the season.
The same quality and first class service or our restaurant can be provided by us on your private meetings and celebrations. For private meetings between 10 and 20 persons, try our Private Meeting Room with show kitchen. For meeting up to 50 persons, our air-conditioned Covered Terrace, is a more casual environment.
